The staff at Tint World is absolutely amazing! They went above & beyond to assist me! My windshield on my M3 Comp. was cracked. I stopped by & asked for a quote on the front visor strip. Ken came outside immediately & assisted me. Long story short. I didn’t make the initial time given to have the front visor strip installed due to issues with Safelite ordering a windshield that came in cracked. Then Safelite ordered the incorrect size windshield. Thank God for BMW who had to assist them with the correct size windshield! After the correct windshield was finally installed I stopped by Tint World on a Saturday just to get another appointment for the upcoming week. I was so happy Ken was able to get me in immediately that day!!! My mother & I waited in their beautiful, clean, decorated waiting area. The bright yellow chairs are the perfect accent color with the black floors, furniture etc. They have coffee & water available while you wait. A cute classic car in the showroom & a wall of rims if you need inspo. on what rims you want to order for your vehicle. Ken introduced us to his brother, who is the owner & is amazing! We went to the bay area of the shop where the front visor was bei

Left a mess of the old tint in my car. I get it was bad but still, I pay for professional services, it should be done professionally. There are water spots on the tint, they are minor but just a slight annoyance. Then a mess is also left on my paint. Update: They offered to redo the tint, same thing. I didn’t include that my rear glass tint was messed up in my initial review. It was way worse than my driver and passenger windows. Same mistakes, different spots. If you have a C6 Corvette, look elsewhere. They can’t complete the rear glass tint without it lifting up in several spots. Have to decrease my initial review from 2 stars to 1 star. Also they called me for feedback on it and I told them I’d call back, when I call back it’s like they’re not even interested. Spend almost 1k and can’t even get proper customer service. Honestly if your glass is ever so slightly curved go elsewhere.

Took my 2027 Telluride their, was offered a great package for all around tint, plus I was given a walkthrough of the type of tint I was getting which was great. Was told it would take like 2 hrs literally had it done no more then that. Great service and great employees.

Ken was professional and passionate in his work. They did an accent wrap on my tailgate. They did the work in a timely manner at a fair price. Great environment, clean shop, professional staff all around and nobody tried to up sell me. They just listened to me and understood what I wanted done!!

Had the best experience with Tint World - Fayetteville. Amazing customer service. Very knowledgeable staff. I went in with a Tesla Model 3 and thought I knew exactly what I wanted. Off a recommendation from the staff, I went with a darker tint and love it. I also got my car detailed. It's never been cleaner. They will be the only people to detail my car from now on. Absolutely no complaints. Would recommend ten times over.
